These Terms of Service govern your use of brintavo.co and purchases from Brintavo. Brintavo is a brand operated by BRIWAYS (HONG KONG) LIMITED (“Brintavo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the site.

Online Store Terms

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live. You may not use the site or our products for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose, or interfere with the site’s operation or security.

Product Information

We work to present product descriptions, dimensions, colors, materials, images, availability, and pricing accurately. Actual color and appearance may vary by screen, lighting, and natural material variation. Product dimensions and weights may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances. We may correct errors and update information without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for confirming product dimensions, room access, mattress compatibility, and other fit requirements before ordering, and for following all assembly, use, care, and safety instructions.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or quantity limits. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

Prices, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and other charges will be shown before you complete the purchase. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, address issues, inventory, holidays, and events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title pass as provided by applicable law. Please review our Shipping Policy for current service areas, estimates, and delivery procedures.

We may use third-party fulfillment and delivery providers, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. Their involvement does not change your contract with Brintavo unless a separate service, such as Buy with Prime, clearly presents additional terms at checkout.

Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Returns, refunds, order changes, cancellations, and the one-year limited product warranty are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual Property

The site and its content, including the Brintavo name, logos, product designs, text, graphics, photos, video, and layout, are owned by or licensed to Brintavo and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping and product-information purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Reviews and Submissions

If you submit a review, photo, feedback, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant Brintavo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content for operating, improving, and promoting our business. We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, or irrelevant submissions.

Third-Party Tools and Links

The site may include services, tools, payment methods, fulfillment options, or links provided by third parties. Those services may be governed by additional third-party terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services except to the extent required by law.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Except for express promises in our policies and rights that cannot be excluded, we disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brintavo and BRIWAYS (HONG KONG) LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Brintavo and BRIWAYS (HONG KONG) LIMITED against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws that apply to them. Courts and dispute procedures with mandatory jurisdiction remain unaffected.
