Width and thickness dimensions are controlled to ±1 mm, longer component dimensions to ±3 mm, and full outside dimensions to ±5 mm. That control helps the selected-size slat unit sit where it is designed to sit.

MATERIALS, STATED CLEARLY

Solid rubberwood main frame.

The main rails and four corner legs are solid rubberwood. The mattress-support slat unit is plywood and matched to each frame size.

LAYERED WALNUT FINISH

Built up in three coats.

Two primer coats and one topcoat create the Walnut finish and its soft semi-matte sheen. Natural grain and tone variation remain visible.

Attach the support legs.

Lower the assembled rail, then hand-tighten one black fastener at each end.

Lower the selected-size slat unit evenly into the completed frame.
