01 · CONTROLLED FIT
Parts made to meet closely
Widths and thicknesses are controlled to ±1 mm, larger lengths to ±3 mm and the overall outer frame to ±5 mm.
02 · MATCHED JOINTS
U-shaped corner geometry
Curved rail ends seat into matching leg channels to spread support through the corner rather than relying on one small fastener.
03 · BALANCED CONTACT
Three adjustable center feet
The Queen center rail uses three adjustable feet so the support can meet the floor more evenly.
Manufacturing tolerances describe the production specification; natural wood variation and floor conditions still vary.
