Bed Frame & Headboard FAQ.

You can choose a Bed Frame, a freestanding upholstered Headboard, or both as a complete setup. The purchase selector shows exactly which products will be added and the current availability for each size. A Headboard-only order does not include a bed frame, mattress or bedding.

Choose Twin, Twin XL or Queen to match the size named by your mattress manufacturer. Open Dimensions in the purchase selector for the selected frame's outside measurements. Finished mattress dimensions can vary by brand, so confirm both its stated size and support requirements.

No traditional box spring is required. A compatible mattress rests directly on the included plywood slats. Follow the support requirements provided by your mattress manufacturer.

Mattress thickness affects how high the finished bed feels and how much of a Headboard remains visible. Check the frame and panel measurements in Size & fit, and confirm that your mattress manufacturer allows slatted platform support.

The main rails and four corner legs are solid rubberwood. The mattress-support slat unit is plywood. Walnut is the finish color, not the wood species; natural grain and tone variation are expected.

Twin and Twin XL use three adjustable support feet beneath the slat unit and do not use a separate longitudinal center rail. Queen adds one independent center rail, three adjustable support feet and two large hand-tightened fasteners. The selected-size product page shows the exact parts and assembly sequence.

No screwdriver or other tools are required. After unpacking, allow about 5–10 minutes with one or two people. Twin and Twin XL use no extra screws; Queen's two large center-rail fasteners are tightened by hand.

Turn the three support feet by hand until they meet the floor and the frame is level. They support the selected-size platform; they are not intended to raise the bed height.

There is approximately 9 in / 23 cm from the floor to the underside of the side rail. Measure the item you plan to store and leave room for handles, lids, flooring variation and easy removal.

The interlocking structure is designed to reduce common sources of looseness, but sound also depends on the floor, mattress, contact points and use. Seat every connection fully, center the slat unit and make sure each support foot meets the floor; recheck the setup after moving the bed.

Dust with a soft cloth. For cleaning, use a slightly damp soft cloth with a small amount of mild soap, then wipe dry promptly. Do not soak the wood. Avoid bleach, strong chemicals, prolonged direct sunlight and high-moisture conditions.

No. Place the freestanding panel upright behind the head of the bed, between the bed and a solid wall. It does not attach to the frame, mount to the wall or require assembly.

Choose the Headboard size that matches your bed size, then compare the actual panel and bed measurements. Review the current size availability and exact panel measurements in Size & fit before ordering.

The Headboard has a removable Beige cover made from 5% linen and 95% polyester. The interior is foam-filled and has no rigid backboard.

Use mild detergent and wash in cold water or at no more than 86°F / 30°C. Do not use chlorine bleach, and air dry the cover.

The foam-filled Headboard ships compressed. Allow approximately 6–8 hours after unpacking for it to recover toward its intended shape.

Only when you select the complete Bed Frame + Headboard setup. A Bed Frame-only or Headboard-only selection contains just that product, as shown in the purchase selector.

Orders ship from U.S. inventory through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment or another authorized logistics provider. Most in-stock U.S. orders are estimated to arrive within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Check the estimate at checkout or in your order confirmation; tracking is provided when available. Available delivery destinations are confirmed at checkout. Some remote areas, U.S. territories, PO boxes and other restricted addresses may not be eligible for oversized-product delivery. Check the Shipping policy and enter your complete delivery address at checkout.

A Bed Frame and Headboard ship as separate items. They may leave different fulfillment centers, receive separate tracking numbers and arrive at different times. Check every tracking number in your shipping confirmation before reporting a missing package.

Request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting Brintavo before sending anything back. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all parts included. Brintavo covers reasonable, authorized return-shipping costs for defects, shipping damage, an incorrect item or another Brintavo error. Both the Bed Frame and Headboard have a one-year limited warranty from delivery for the original purchaser, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use. Review the Returns & Refunds policy for exclusions and available remedies.

Contact Brintavo and include your order number. For damage, a missing component or an incorrect item, also include clear photos of the product, the affected area and the shipping label so the support team can identify the shipment.

Brintavo generally replies within 1–2 business days. Response times can vary around weekends and holidays.
